• Notify cwdbet immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cwdbet is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)

• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension or closure. Withdrawals will be withheld until verification is successfully completed. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account within minutes. In rare cases, delays may occur due to technical issues or payment provider processing times. If your deposit is not credited within 2 hours, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

cwdbet does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, cwdbet allows Users to set personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased for 24 hours, though it can be decreased immediately. Deposit limits are an important tool for maintaining control over your gambling expenditure.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Users may withdraw funds from their cwdbet Account balance to their verified bank account or e-wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional security verification.

To process a withdrawal, you must:

5.2 Withdrawal Timeframes

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

cwdbet does not charge fees for withdrawals over Rp 100.000. Withdrawals below the minimum amount incur a nominal processing fee of Rp 5.000. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own receiving fees, which are beyond cwdbet's control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

cwdbet may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

cwdbet reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to guarantee profits, collusion with other players, or any other activity deemed to exploit promotional offers. Fair play and sportsmanship are expected at all times.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

8. Limitations of Liability

cwdbet provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, cwdbet disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of funds due to User error, forgotten passwords, or security breaches resulting from User negligence
• Technical failures, server downtime, or software malfunctions
• Losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform
• Third-party actions, including payment provider failures or delays
• Changes in law or regulation that affect the availability or legality of Services

In no event shall cwdbet's total liability to any User exceed the amount deposited by that User in the three months preceding the claim. cwdbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 User-Initiated Closure

Users may close their cwdbet Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Active bonuses will be forfeited, and pending Wagering Requirements will be void. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened.

9.2 cwdbet-Initiated Closure

cwdbet reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:

• The Account holder is under 21 years of age
• False or fraudulent information was provided during registration
• The Account is being used for illegal purposes or money laundering
• The User has violated these Terms and Conditions
• Multiple Accounts have been created by the same individual
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns have been detected

In cases of Account closure for terms violations, cwdbet reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the Account.
